As easy as 1,2,3……

  1. Contact Coachbuilt by telephone, email or via one of our video platforms and we will confirm your order, request production timescales by return.

  2. Coachbuilt will send a ‘Client Questionnaire’ which will ask you some more details about you. This information will help us to ensure all aspects of your requirements and the order are met.

  3. Start to look forward to life-changing benefits of your new LIV Motorhome, Caravan or WAIV everyday vehicle.


Coachbuilt will be available for ‘Visit Via Video’ all the way throughout the project, you will also receive regular pictures and updates by email.


Our production team will also arrange convenient times to complete our ‘Virtual Design Review’s.



These meetings provide a great opportunity to update you with our progress, they also allow our team to demonstrate the vehicle and discuss any design modifications you would like make or additional specification you would like to add to ensure the vehicle, when completed, meets your requirements precisely. 

Virtual Design Reviews can be completed as often as you would like.

Coachbuilt will invite you to our manufacturing centre to complete a ‘Sign-Off’ Meeting, Health & Safety is paramount, therefore, we will undertake all measures of social distancing to ensure a ‘safe’ meeting.


During this meeting, we will demonstrate the vehicle. We will also ask you to fully inspect and sign-off the vehicle prior to handover.


The physical handover of the vehicle can be completed by contactless collection from Coachbuilt or contactless delivery to your home address (surcharge applies).


We will also provide a personalised & comprehensive ‘Video Handover’, which will provide great advice and user tips on your vehicle. This video will be a handy tool to assist you when using the vehicle for the first time.
